Stuffing ingredients
8 oz Cream cheese
4 oz Crab meat
4 Tbs Parmesan cheese
2 Tbs Olive oil
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
2 Tbs Chopped parsley
3 Tbs Breadcrumbs
1-1/2 Tsp Shallots
2 Tsp Cognac
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
2 Tbs Flour
4 oz Crab meat

Directions
1. Soften cream cheese in mixer
2. Add remaining ingredients
3. Mix to blend. Do not over mix or the stuffing will not hold together.
4. Stuff mushrooms
5. Top with a little parmesan
6. Bake in a pan or boat with a little butter in the bottom
